Welcome to Dam Da Kitchen Pop-up! We are excited to invite you to weekend days and nights of tasty food and great company. Join us on Friday (Jun 16) / Saturday (Jun 17) / Sunday (Jun 18) at our pop-up kitchen on 15 Roseneath Street, Edinburgh, EH9 1JH.

 

We make Korean classic kimchi and special sauces/dips made with a variety of Jang (traditionally fermented pastes of Korea).

 

Our takeaway menu available at weekends is a wholesome combination of our favourite Korean classic comfort food recipes and inspirations from international cuisines that have had a great influence on our home cooking. Currently running the weekend evening kitchen takeover at cafe Delightfully Delicious.

In addition to Dam Da Kitchen’s regular menu, our pop-up will explore a wide selection of tasty meat and kimchi dumplings and rice rolls – lunchbox staples in Korea – alongside great bowls of Bibimbap, a revered East Asian comfort food. Tagliatelle with mushroom and creamy soybean sauce and the spicy beef and kimchi ragu are our two specials.

 

Vegan and Gluten Free options are available.

We offer a selection of soft drinks at our pop-up, while alcoholic beverages are allowed to be brought in (BYOB) with a corkage fee of £5.

Please note that during busy periods or while we are running our pop-up, our Dam Da Kitchen order on the 'Foodstuff' app may be temporarily closed.

Tea with Teikō

Sit and drink Korean tea with jazz & classic  Zen monk Luke Cunningham

15:00 - 16:00 Sunday 18th.

 

On Sunday afternoon, guests can sample Korean tea and sweet snacks with jazz/classical pianist and zen monk Luke Cunningham as part of a one-hour meditation session.
